Emily Mallory Procter has worked in both film and television. As a former weather forecaster and meteorologist, she started her career in entertainment after having a degree in journalism. Her father supported her in learning to act and soon she was appearing in smaller but significant roles on popular television shows like 'Friends,' 'Lois & Clark" along with a host of other. Her first appearance on screen in the year 1995, with the Oscar Award-winning film Leaving Las Vegas. She acted in four different supporting roles across different movies in 1999. It was an extremely busy year for this talented actress. From 2000 to 2002 she played a recurring role for "The West Wing" and also for a short period in the year 2006.
