Necar Zadegan is a German actress born on the 20th of July 1982 in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. She has German citizenship, and then later gained American nationality. Necar gained fame for her performance after winning the part of the First Lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 TV action-movie. Necar has also worked as a model for fashion.
